Tenmasa is the first restaurant in the Kuala Lumpur city centre to specialize in Japanese Tempura. It is part of the Edomae culture and consists of fresh produce from Japan and from local sustainable farms.
Tenmasa serves tempura with fresh produce, air-flown from the markets in Japan. Our main shipments are every two days. Our menu is based on seasonally available produce, following the Japanese seasonal changes.
Our Chef will make and serve tempura right in front of our guests, at our 10-seater counter. Or opt for a semi-private meal at our dining tables, which seat a total of 8 guests.
Look forward to classic tempura such as ebi, anago and sweet potato, as well as innovative, decadent combinations like wagyu beef and comte cheese, shiso leaf with uni, shirako with caviar.
